In between of the rich vegetation that surrounds the Carretera Austral (Austral Road), and the riverside of Seno Ventisquero; you may find Puyuhuapi Lodge & Spa. This place offers a variety of activities to fulfil within the native jungle that nature has provided for this place. order to obtain harmony within the pureness of thermal and stream waters.

DAY 01 (MONDAY) BALMACEDA - PUYUHUAPI LODGE & SPA
Reception at airport of Balmaceda, in the Patagonia region.
We will start a five-hour drive along the spectacular Austral Road, which will lead us to the Puyuhuapi Hot Springs, the tourist centre in the middle of Patagonia. This country road runs through the unspoiled landscapes in an area declared World Biosphere Reserve. In Puyuhuapi we will take the Catamaran that will take us to Puyuhuapi Hot Springs and Spa. Overnight.

DAY 02 (TUESDAY) PUYUHUAPI LODGE & SPA
Free day to enjoy the facilities available at this Patagonian tourist centre. The cosy bar, the restaurant with typical Chilean Gastronomy (i.e. exquisite shellfish), the pool table and the video room. You will also have the chance to relax in the revitalizing open air thermal baths, at sea level and surrounded by giant ferns and unspoiled vegetation. Overnight.

DAY 03 (WEDNESDAY) PUYUHUAPI LODGE & SPA
Visit to Puerto Puyuhuapi with its characteristic architecture. For those amongst you who would like to see more sights of this region, an additional excursion can be booked to the Queulat National Park where you can also admire the impressive “Hanging Glacier”. The afternoon is at leisure when you may hire a motor- or rowing boat, kayak, canoe, windsurf or waterskis. Overnight.

DAY 04 (THURSDAY) PUYUHUAPI LODGE & SPA - LAGUNA SAN RAFAEL - PUERTO CHACABUCO
The full day tour to the San Rafael Lagoon departs from Puerto Chacabuco at 08.00 hrs. in the Patagonia Express catamaran. The Southern channels offer an incredible amount of beauty, new sights and excitement - all this in comfort and accompanied by excellent service. The route takes you along the Seno Ventisquero, Puyuhuapi, Moraleda and Costa Channels and into the Golfo Tres Cruces and the Estuario Elefantes. Around 14.00 hr, we will finally enter San Rafael Lagoon where we will find the San Rafael glacier with its enormous mountains of 20,000 years old ice, like giant sparkling turquoise jewels. Aboard rubber boats you approach the bizarre ice sculptures, so near, that they seem to steam up from your breath. A piece
of millenary ice will be brought aboard to accompany your whisky. Later we will start the journey back to Chacabuco Port, with an estimated arrival at 10.00 hrs. Overnight.

DAY 05 (FRIDAY) PUERTO CHACABUCO - COYHAIQUE - BALMACEDA - PUERTO MONTT
In the morning departure to Coyhaique driving along the banks of the Simpson River, through the capital of Aysén Region and after approximately two and a half hours we will arrive to Balmaceda airport from where you will fly to Puerto Montt or Santiago.


 PC4 Program operates on Mondays from mid-September to April.
 Includes: land transfers, excursion to Puerto Puyuhuapi, full board, unlimited use of thermal pools and spa.
 Sailing on the Patagonia Express catamaran, with 4 meals and open bar. Air fares are not included.
 Does not include air ticket.
