GENERAL CONDITIONS TRES PUNTAS HOTEL RACK RATES 2010

�� Rates per night.
�� Rates per person in US dollars. Rates subject to change without prior notice.
�� Rates include accommodation, unlimited use of Valle Nevado’s ski slopes (free pass to lifts; valid until the last day of stay), and half board (breakfast, après ski, dinner).
�� Breakfast in Sur restaurant and Dinner, prior booking, in restaurants Sur or Mirador del Plomo. First night dinner is in Sur restaurant.
�� Children from 0 to 4 years old, free sharing the same room with parents.

RATES INCLUDE

�� Use of heated swimming pool, day care (from 3 to 7 years old), from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00 hrs, meals are not included , game room, fitness centre, ski storage, entry to pub, entertainment activities.
�� "Après ski" Bar Puerta del Sol from 17:00 to 18:00 hrs. Includes coffee, chocolate, tea, and individual snack including sandwiches, cookies and cakes.
�� Welcome drink, every Saturday from 18:30 to 19:30 hrs.
�� Maintenance (not repairing) of ski and snow board equipment. Considers maintenance of base, sharpening of sides and waxing.
�� Free Wi‐Fi in public areas.
�� Free services of equipment’s maintenance are only available until the day before departure.

RATES DO NOT INCLUDE

�� Sodas or alcoholic drinks during meals, flights or transfers, heliski, equipment rental, ski and snowboard classes, massages, clinic, phone calls, mini‐bar, baby sitting services, laundry, tickets to other resorts, and internet in rooms.
�� VALUE SEASON can be sold with one night minimum, nights restriction does not apply, and operates between June 11th and 24th and September 3rd to 24th, except between September 3rd and 9th , which will be sold by week (7 nights from Friday to Friday), or as a Mini Week (4 nights from Friday to Tuesdays or 3 nights from Tuesday to Friday).
�� REGULAR SEASON corresponds to the period between June 25th and July 8th, and from July 30th to September 2nd, and will be sold by week (7 nights from Friday to Friday), or as a Mini Week (4 nights from Friday to Tuesdays or 3 nights from Tuesday to Friday).
�� HOLIDAY SEASON can only be sold by week (7 nights from Friday to Friday) and corresponds to the period between July 9th and 29th.

If guestrooms were available before the mentioned time, passengers will be able to use them; otherwise they can leave their luggage in storage service and use the facilities, including chair lifts.

CHECK OUT 10:00 HRS.
